Every person has the right to territory. This may be a home, an apartment, a farm. Anything that a person can manage, and needs to practice their freedoms, and survive.
This does not include territory for business.
It is ideal if this territory is shared by a community, since humans are communal beings.
Human territory should be included in cultural territory.
