Land Trusts

Land trusts are organizations that can legally own property for collective ownership.

Land trust can have conservation easements attached.
Land trust can benefit Communities, Ecovillages, Farms, and Gathering Spaces.

Examples:
A group of ecovillages may form a land trust to collectively own and promote ecovillage networks.
A community network may create a land trust to own land for community housing, farms, schools, or production.
